OUR STORY
Established in 2015 by Scott Stephenson, the business has thrived in recent years with inspiring projects throughout the Ribble Valley. With a background in construction and expertise in listed buildings and conservation sites, Scott is able to deliver a totally holistic service to his clients.
In 2019, Elliott Hodgkinson joined Scott as his business partner following 13 years at Laing O’Rourke. His experience with new builds, residential tower blocks, refurbishments of Grade II* listed buildings and football stadia added another dimension to the expanding business.

We work very closely with clients, advising them throughout the whole process and always being on hand to answer questions or resolve any issues.
OUR APPROACH
Managing a complete development in-house is rather unique, but it gives our clients the ability to have total control right from the start. Each assignment is managed by a dedicated Project Manager along with experts ranging from interior designers to utility consultants or even tree surgeons.
